So glad you took my suggestion to join the JSF Forum and I look forward to your active participation. In the short time I have been a member, I have been extremely impressed with both the quality of posts as well as membership. SlushPuppy-- Thanks for the "welcome" and the link to Justitia's thread. She had responded to a post of mine and I was impressed with her contribution to fit women over 45. It is sooooo great to learn that we "Old Farts" are not alone :D |
