Well I have been cutting for about 3 month and like a week now I dropped from 241-186. Even though the result I am seeing is not What I was expecting at all.. It's actually worst then i expected but I just gotta remind myself I didn't throw all those weight in 3 month so don't expect too much in 3 month. Even though i'm disappointed, I would never give up! I guessing I got 3 more month to go until I look normal and not obese. None the less, I'm proud of myself for walking into the right path for once in my life. Heres to the great future that may or may not come!

Nice.
You didn't mention any weight lifting exersizes. You should incorporate them into your routine.

well that may explain why you are feeling a bit disappointed and have lost a massive amount of weight.. its very likely you lost a good amount of muscle in those 11 weeks you went without lifting!

never the less, you have shown tremendous commitment and 55 pounds is no joke, great job

i started just cardio as well, things really took off when i began lifting because not only are you losing fat, you are building muscle, your body begins to form into what you truley want and it feels good

curious, how tall are you?

5''7 kinda short :o , I'm still trying to perfect my form in every lifting session i'm doing tho, so this may take some time to adjust to. If anyone any suggestion to improve my routine I would really be greatful.

Don't beat yourself up, buddy. You've done an amazing job thus far - we're hardest on ourselves and I'm the poster-child for that mentality. Not all of us (myself included) were meant to go from zero-to-fit in no time at all; some of us have to take baby steps to face change. You've done that and it's no less impressive than some of the more "overnight" transformations we've seen cross this forum. In fact, dare I say it's more impressive because it shows an ability to long-range plan that is indicative of eventual and inevitable success.

Congratulations. Stay the course and know we're all here cheering for you and watching you succeed.

yes absolutely no reason to feel bad, you've gone this far theres no turning back - many times i felt disappointed with myself but always keep in mind how little time its been since the begining and that there is progress!!

as you can see, results come fast! i too felt disappointed once i hit a "goal weight" because it wasn't what i expected.. i overestimated i suppose but its not a big deal because 3 months later i am happy with where i am and where i will be 3 months from now if i continue this path

you already surpass many including myself with the amount of dedication you have, that is one of the most important things in all this, just keep it up! remember, its only been 3 months!

One problem is that people these days expect WAY too much in a short ammount of time, I think that your progress thus far is VERY impressive, I dont know why you didnt think so, its kinda the same as what I went through the first 3 months of my transformation, same results ect.

Im working hard on lifting heavy now, it takes time to get into the routine of things and making it a lifestyle, but its so worth it! keep it up dude and check my progress pics while ya at it, Im so proud of my results, you should be too! :tucool:
