I got a question, I'm been lifting for about a week now and sometimes when i'm lifting weight to heavy for me i usually feel some kinda pain or twitch, well SOME kind of sensation on my lower back. Would u happened to know what cause of this.

Well it depends how bad it is but before you go trying to increase weight much it's imperative you master your form, otherwise you'll be stuck with injuries going forward. Done carefully weight lifting is incredibly safe but done wrong you can do nasty things and if you're trying to move too much weight it almost invariably encourages bad form.
