Hello! I've been lurking around here for about a month, and I decided it's finally time to introduce myself. My name is Malinda, and about a year ago I decided I needed to do something about my pregnancy weight. I have lost 83 pounds so far. I currently do interval training on my treadmill 3 times a week for 50 minutes, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday, I do a FIRM cardio video and about 5 hours later I weight train. I lift weights again on Saturdays. Sunday is my rest day.
My main reason for being on this forum is to have some accountability. I am trying to add more clean foods to my diet. I have already made so many great healthy habits with my eating, but am ready to kick it up a notch to really get in the best shape of my life. I look forward to talking to you all, and reading your great advice!
