My pics from 9/25. I got 24% BF based on the navy calculator, but that seems so crude- just neck, waist, height, and weight.
I don't have calipers and my gym won't do the test without charging me $70 for this huge fitness evaluation. :mad:
So if anyone could please estimate based on experience... I'm 6' 220 in the pics- 217 now.

Hi Travis! I guess your bodyfat is somewhere between 27 and 29 %. But I could be wrong. It's just my estimate. But you seem to have quite some muscle mass underneath
