First question I have is about whey protein. I workout about 5 days a week and then take the weekends off. I was wondering if I should take the whey protein all 7 days, or just the 5 days I workout?

2nd question I have is about creatine. I know that it's sappose to make it so you recover faster, help your workout harder, and increase muscle strength and stuff. Is it a bad idea to take creatine and whey protein together? I was thinking maybe I would take whey protein for maybe 2-3 months to bulk up, and then switch to creatine to try to define my muscles more. Maybe this is the dumbest plan ever..... I dunno someone please tell me if it is. lol

Think of it like food. If your weekend diet is providing you with sufficient protein then you don't need to take the protein powder. If not, drink the shake!

Again, think of the protein powder like food. Some brands and types have other ingredients, sure, but most of us basically use it to supplement because we don't want to make more and more chicken, steak, and tuna. (Well, there is the benefit to the liquid meal shuttling in nutrients quicker, in the morning or post-workout.) Anyway, you wouldn't be asking "can I take creating during the month when I'm eating beef?" Same thing.

Anyway, yes you can use creatine on days/weeks/months that you use protein powder. :)

Dude, if I judged myself on the questions i've asked that have clearly obvious answers, I'd be the Grand Pubha of idiots. :o If you don't ask, you'll never know. :tu:
