Sorry, I cannot swing free shipping to Canada. UPS has been giving pretty good rates, though. My zip is 19301, why not go on www.ups.com and check out the price. I will give you the ten percent discount in lieu of the shipping.

Regarding flavors......we are currently working on a peanut butter flavor. It is the next one to be released, though I do not have a time frame yet. :tu:
