I like pepperoncini's I'll try 2-3 in my salads and my Brown Rice w/ chicken, brocolli... or just eat them and down my food... I do get the sweats from them... :D

I love peppers. Spicy is good. My favorite garnish for a tossed salad is fresh cut jalapeņo peppers. In fact, when I am juicing vegetables, I typically juice a pepper or two for "spice" in the drink.

One of my regular dinners is chicken breast, a green pepper and a cucumber. Love it!

Green, red, yellow, orange all great with chicken, salads, omlettes.

Grilled peppers are great!....throw them under the broiler or on the grill and toast them until the skin is blackened. Then peel away the black stuff and serve with meal. The sweetness is intensified.
