Well I guess I came here mainly to find ways to just lose weight. I read a whole bunch of posts and now, I am confused. Right now I am 16, and about 237, and I am 6' .5". Most of my fat is in my upper body, and that's what I want to get rid of. I want to go back down to being 180. What kind of diet would be best for me? Thanks!

Also, you can't go after upper body or lower body fat specifically. You either lose fat or you don't; you don't get to choose where it happens.
That's what's meant by "no spot reducing!"
