If I am taking an ECA stack (Metabolic booster-thermogenics) based on your experiences is it best to take it before a work out or immediately following for optimum results? I am considering taking a couple weeks worth of Ripped Fuel to shed the last several pounds in my cutting phase.

Personally I wouldn't bother taking them for such a limited time, however if you're set on using them to get in better shape for "spring break"?
Take them prior to your workout, it'll give you a bit more energy during your training because of the caffeine.
Ephedra amounts to an added loss of 1 pound of fat a month, so taking them for two weeks in hopes it will help you lose fat is not going to work.

I mispoke, and meant to say that I will be taking them for 4-5 weeks. I had great results last time and lost 25 pounds two summers ago. I dont advocate long term use of any stimulant, but for short times I know they are helpful for me to help fry that last several pounds of fat before no shirt weather starts. However, I was not sure if there were guidelines for pre or post workout use. Unfortunately I wont be going on spring break...I am a business owner long out of school and cant leave my business for even a couple days at this point as things are going so well! Thanks for your input.
