Ok, my homegym is officially open for business!

The only thing still missing are the two bumbbell bar sets but hopefully I'll be getting them after a few days.

Congratulations! :tucool:Thanks man!

I did my first workout with it yesterday and it sure felt sweet! The machine is rock solid as far as construction goes!

I did notice one flaw (IMO, some might call it a feature...) though, the pads that one can use e.g. for smith shrugs or for smith squats do not have the washer locking mechanism that the other attachments have. So, when pulling out from under the pads after doing shrugs, I almost slipped one pad away with my shoulder. It's strange that they didn't include the locking mechanism for those things. I guess I'll just have to get some other strapping in order to ensure that they stay put.

Congrats on the Titan, I noticed the same thing on the Shoulder rests, but I think it was bad form on my part that was causing them to move out. After a few weeks of doing squats i have had no problem at all, except that I have never had DOMS that hurt so much even 5 days after leg day. I love!!! doing legs now even though some times i almost scream when i stand up or walk or shit even move gota love the DOMS!!!!!!!!!!!

I love!!! doing legs now even though some times i almost scream when i stand up or walk or shit even move gota love the DOMS!!!!!!!!!!!I hear you on the squats!!! I did my first leg workout with Titan last Thursday (it's Sunday now) and my quads are having a huge DOMS, although it's definitely better than yesterday.

I really like doing squats with the smith-system on Titan, especially with the smith-locking-handles which I can hold on to and lean back when squatting so that I can have my back as straight as possible. The problem with squatting with free weights for me has been always the balance, if I tried to keep my back as straight as possible, I just couldn't go very deep without falling over to my butt and thus the deeper I went, the more I leaned forward, causing a bad posture. But with the smith-handles and shoulder rests, I feel as if I can do a near-perfect form deep squats.

Actually, the shoulder rests were not moving out during the excersize, it was just when I finished a set and was moving away from under the rests, then I almost pulled one of them out from the hole.

BTW: I gave feedback about the shoulder rests to the manufacturer fo the Titan in Poland and their sales manager told me that they have had the same feedback from other customers also and they will add the washer locking mechanism in the next version of Titan.

The leg press attachments seem to lack the locking mechanism as well, but IMO they don't need it as badly as the shoulder rests.

I quit trying barbell squats as i had the same balance problem, I hated lunges for the same reason. The titan solved the balance problem and its ass cheeks to heels for me now, and i love it.
