:bb: Just wanting to say Hi for right now. Want to look through the different threads and such before posting much more.
Am 45yo male who has had 3 previous heart attacks custodial single parent grad student with a goal of competing in a body building contest next fall. I have been doing bffm for a month now and my bf is around 11%.
As I said just a bit about me and saying Hi for now.
