This may be the best food I've ever eaten. Well, besides fried beer battered soft shell crabs....but that's off my list for now...

I bought it a Sam's Wholesale. I comes in like 8 individual vacuum sealed portions pre-seasoned and ready to go!! Great on the grill. Excellent in the oven too.

Quick, easy, and fairly healthy...I highly recommend it...

I eat the same exact salmon from Sam's a couple times a week. Mmm...I just bake them from frozen state for 30 minutes and they are perfect.

Those look good. Does the blackened spice taste salty? Sometimes they load it up with salt.

They are a little salty, but just right really IMO...

I dont know the soduim content off hand but I tried these last weekend on the grill. They were delicous!
