Does anyone have any experience with one of these? For those who don't know what it is a cycle trainer turns your regular bike into a stationary bike. I wondered if they are smooth and worth the money.

Plus I live in New Hampshire and it is snowing right now. The best part is that riding rollers gives you a great sense of balance and forces you to smooth out your pedal stroke. There is a pretty steep learning curve, but after several sessions you'll gain confidence. Here's more info: http://www.kreitler.com/rollers.htm Kevinp |
