Is this transfat??? I was under the impression that it is, but looking at some labels, it says no transfat in the nutrional chart, but the ingredients has partially hydrogenated. Also is partially hydrogenated soybean oil bad. I guess it would be, anything that has this ing. right/??

Yup it is....FDA guidelines allow the label to read 0 transfat if it's under 0.5g/serving ....the manufacturer is allowed to round down.

Partially hydrogenated anything is not good and unecessary.

Most artificial calories have 4 calories per packet. All those non stick sprays have 4 calories of fat per 1/4 second spray. That FDA rule is CRAFTY.

Similarly, virtually all grain products for instance are allowed to have a specific percentage of rat droppings, bugs, and so forth in them and still be considered "OK" by the FDA.

If they're lab rats, maybe we are getting free experimental thermogenic agents in their shit. You gotta look on the bright side.

Avoid "partially hydrogenated" anything. Period.
