When I was home this weekend, I found my mom had a big bag of these Green Tea "vessels" that you can use to make Green Tea. However, they come in a Chinese packaging and the few English words are hard to read and hardly make sense from what I can read.

Does anyone know how to make these things? It's basically a big bag of shrivelled up looking leaves.
