Hey Ive been doing a bulk, 2 day split (chest arms shoulders) + (legs back abs) on 2 different days in between my usual football (soccer) 3 -5 times a week. This week is a bit busy in terms of activities, eg birthdays, work football etc etc. and only have one full day 'free'
I was just wondering if anyone has tried doing say one session early morning and one late night to fit both sessions in the week, or my other alternative was to just do a light total body workout.
Anyone try 2 sessions in a day?? Just wondered as I imagine it may be less painful to just do a light session
