Read the sticky threads at the top of each forum group. They will help you.

You need to be lifting weights. Sure, you can get in shape with bodyweight exercises, a chinup bar, sandbags and poles, put your car in neutral and push it around the block, or whatever, but ideally a weight room would be best. Does your school have a weight room you can use? Why not sign up for a weightlifting class next semester? Or lift weights in the weight room after school if possible? If you have the money (or if mom/dad will help) you could join a local gym.

Ah, making more sense now. :)

Okay, well there are various programs out there but I still believe a good set of weights will show you the best results. So is there ZERO chance of you lifting weights?

no weights hmmmm let me think.....for chest do push ups...
for triceps do diamond push ups or stand with your back facing a table and using your triceps lower your body...

for legs get in a sitting position with your back against the wall and hold for a while with out allowing your hands or butt to touch the floor

and for calves run a few laps and on the last lap run on your tippy toes(also good for getting bodyfat down to see your abs)....

for biceps get a backpack and fill it with books or rocks or get some heavy turkeys and curl them....

for shoulders use those same things and either extend them or lift up to your chin...

for back do some pull ups anywhere you can....

for abs do crunches...

for your traps with the same things(backpack or turkey) hold them in your hand with your arms out straight on your sides and try and make your shoulders touch your ears

and eat right

i hope this helps you out.....goodluck :gl:
