It's pretty hard to get my heart rate up, so I usually like to up the resistance on the elliptical trainer for more of a challenge. However, I've noticed that the counter seems to record a faster rate of calorie-burning when the resistance is lower. Which is better for me?

The above paragraph I took off from another site. I just thought it was interesting, because everyone has opinions on what burns the most calories. I just mix my stuff up..hitt a few days a week and liss a few days, that way I get a happy median. I don't know what works best, I would say hiit for me, but just in case.... ;)

It's less about finding "what burns the most" and more about finding what you'll stick to doing. Efficiency means nothing when the effort is put forth begrudgingly. Enjoy exercise and you'll win the game.
