Back when I was a teen..My main foods during the day was Red Baron Pizza... A bag of lays patato chips , Pepsi..and Fried potato's.. Oh those where the days ..

When I was 17 I decided to enter the Army and almost couldn't because I was under weight.. after basic 136lbs.. gained like 13lbs in 8 weeks. muscle i guess :)

When I was 25 I decided to workout and gained some mass at this time I weighed around 155.. Still ate everything I wanted and used Joe Wilders(sp?) Weight gainer.. ballooned up to 165..

From then to about 39 years old...I went up to a steady 182..

This about the time I lost my Thyroid... I've been fighting weight since then,, Did Atkins a couple of years ago got down to a tired 182 again.. but gained back up to 218 after I went off it.. that was last year when I started to workout and come here.. went from 218 to around 195 ..lost around 8-10% BF ... Fell off the wagon last Nov.. and went back up to 214..
I vow not to fall again :)... I know what it feels like to start seeing a "V"...6-pak....and the energy level.."WOW"... and I want this again...and will do it :) No Holidays will beat me this time like the last two years..:D..

Those where the days... but lets bring them back...once again:)
