And I have to say, after reading about your story I feel a little ashamed of myself -- I was in a near exact same situation, I lost all that weight, I strengthened, and completely changed my life. But then I let it all slip away because of the satisfaction I had with what I accomplished. Pssh. I didn't do nothing!
