I heard this site had helpful Non-Flaming and Motivating people. So I decided to give it a shot here. My name is Jim and Im 16(I justed turned it today[09/08/05]). Now Im pretty lightweight(130 Ibs.) and im average to tall (5'9"). Im getting three dumbell weights for birthday. They weight 10 Ibs. - 15 Ibs. - 20 Ibs. So will they be able to last 3 months? (Until December 25th, 2005)

Of course they will they won't go anywhere  kiddin dude. You'll probably get too strong for them but take it in steps, you have to get strong first. Use what you got dude and when you need more get it.

Yea I was thinking of using those weihts each in a months time... so the 10 Ibs weights(September 10-October 9th) - 15 Ibs Weights(October 10th - November 9th) - 20 Ibs. Weights(November 10th - December 10th). Take Two Week Break and get back in the game.... Now Im working out ONLY 2x a Week. Mostly because, my daily schedule doesnt always allow me to have a dedicated time to do this... PLUS I here it takes about 48 Hours to 72 Hours just for Arms, Chest and Abs to recover. What do you know thats what I want to work out the most.

That's not much weight for chest excercises. Take 48 hours between the same muscle group for now considering your using light weight.

All kinds of bodyweight excercises also.

I have to be frank dude. Makes me wonder your moitvation because of you planning to take 2 weeks off already, with such small weight you don't need rest. Lift heavy and you should be thinking about it then.

Train hard and heavy if you want results.

You see... I know that I cant use the same weight repetitively because, than your body adjust to changes and you get no results... So maybe in that two week break ill do push ups and sit-ups...?
