Hey everyone! My first post here. I first saw John's site a few months ago and was impressed as hell since, and finally got around to joining the forums yesterday.
Also went ahead and ordered 10lb of All The Whey Chocolate Blend yesterday, can't wait for that to arrive.
Anyway, my situation is as follows: I hit up the grocery store after lifting today, with the intent on finding the highest protein in a cereal I could. I have a bowl of cereal for breakfast pretty much every day, because I rarely have time for anything else, and I find that the early carbs help get me going to get into the day.
I found Kellogs Smart Start w/ Soy protein. 10g protein per cup serving. My question: is soy protein the same for muscle-repair and mass purposes as whey or animal protein? I wanna know if I just wasted 8 bucks on two boxes of cereal ;) .
Thanks, and I look forwards to reading the forums a lot!
