i found it..finally a good tasting healthy tuna salad recipe here it is...

Two 6-ounce cans white meat tuna packed in water, drained
2 tablespoons minced celery
2 tablespoons minced red onion, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes and drained
1 teaspoon minced flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon of fat free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon whole grain or stone ground mustard
Freshly ground black pepper
Freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)

In a small mixing bowl break up the tuna with a fork. Toss with the celery, onion, and parsley. Add the mayonnaise, mustard and season with pepper to taste. Stir to combine. Add lemon juice to taste, if using.

post the ingredients to your fat free mustard. I bet it is filled with sugar, and ultimately, worse for you than normal mayo.

natural mayonaisse (ie sold by safeway brand) is made from eggs and canola oil, and perfectly good in a cutting diet.

fat free mayo, often, is far far worse with all the random preservatives and sugars

I will def. try this out...but heres what I'm going to do to alter it a bit...saute "The Trinity" (celery, green pepper, and garlic) then let it cool and add in the rest minus the mayo cuz I don't have any at the moment.

Good stuff man.
