I lost 80 pounds in less then 40 months.I look pretty good expet for my belly area wich is still fat.
I use to weigh 250 and im at 171 now.My father came to town and ib been eating some sweets for a while nothing over maintenance though.
I have gained weight but im sure my body fat percentage has gona higher.
I have broad shoulders and am of the type that can be big, but with a belly.I want to loose the belly completely before bulking.
Now my goal will probably be to have a maintenance diet. With cardio to lower my body fat percentage?

I'm not sure I understand here... but...
It sounds like you need to continue cutting - not go to a maintenance diet and expect cardio to continue removing your body fat. You need a consistent caloric deficit, in conjunction with a proper diet and lighter weight/higher rep lifting program to maintain the muscle you have.
There's so much good information on this in the forums that I'm not going to puke anything further out - just use the search function and start reading. You can figure it all out from the info we've posted in the forums, and then... you'll know how to do it for yourself. Ask question when you need to, but educate yourself. Don't ask us to do it for you. We won't.

Are you asking for advise or telling us what you're gonna do?
My advise to you WOULD be :
1) get your diet in check
2) adopt a good resistance training routine
3) cardio 3X weekly

That's like 5 pounds a week. I'd suggest you listen to Doordude and start lifting some weights ASAP as you have probably lost a good deal of muscle. From here on out, choose an eating plan that will allow you to lose 1-2 pounds a week.

hah... you're not lifting weights right now?
while on a calorie deficit diet, if you dont lift and only do cardio - you'll lose TWICE as much weight!
but you'll lose alot of muscle, which is where most of the weight is coming from.
trust me, you dont want to lose this stuff.
when i first started my program, all i did was longdistance running and bench press.
result - i have an over-developed outer chest, and i lost ALOT of muscle in my shoulders and arms.
i look like shit, even though i'm probably around 11% bodyfat.
