hi all, havent posted in a while, dunno where my last post is, but over the summer I did roofing, lost 5 pounds, but gained alot of chest muscle and whatever in my legs from running 150lbs up and down a ladder all day in the baking sun. didnt drink at all, had a great summer...

...so now im back to school, and ive got my own kitchen, and no meal plan, which makes me responsible for the foods i can eat. so far, this is whats up:

wake up (around 9 or so)- a clementine, some dry cheerios, and a cup of coffee
12- chicken breast, maybe some rice
3- chicken breast, rice
6- rice and kidney beans (a bowl, i think its alot, so im cuttin this meal down)
9-300 calorie meal shake.

rice is all minute brown rice...
chicken is made with dinosaur barbq wango tango and devils duel sauces (I like my rice and chicken really spicy), sparing with butter alway...

and starting tomorrow after my 9:00 class, arms, after my 300 class, i'm off to do some running around the cemetary.

is too much rice a bad thing? its like the only grain that i can keep readily avail, except oatmea, which will eventually be substituted...

aside from that, the last week and a half or so have also incorporated 2-4 millier high life lights around midnight... as im a very social person.

... uhh lemme know what you guys think i gues.

you guys are awesome with the criticizm.:)

forgot to mention: me... 6'1 around 240 lbs.

Welcome back. What's your current goal? We need to know what you're looking to accomplish before giving recommendations.

In general:

- I don't see any problem with eating brown rice for all your carbs, aside from being quite boring.

- I understand the importance of being social, especially while in college, but alcohol consumption will do nothing but slow your progress, regardless if your bulking or cutting.

i usually put some sort of veggie in my rice. usually kidney beans, corn or peas.

a clementine is like a small orange.

would a hard boiled egg be good for breakfast for protien??

Eggs are a great source of protein. I usually eat 6 egg whites every morining. Roughly 4 grams of protein per egg white (about 6 grams if you eat the whole egg).
