I have lost 4%bf in 4 months and would like to accellerate the cutting process. I workout at the gym in the evenings, so i was thinking about running for 30-40 minutes in the morning on top of the weights and running for 45 minutes in the evening. Should i be running twice a day or is that to much, or will it accellerate my body fat % loss?

I did double session LISS cardio throughout my cut with great results. My sessions consisted of 2 walks daily, 2.2 miles each at 4.5 mph.
I advocate this however running 2X daily may be tough on the joints. Also, I did my first session at 6AM, weight trained at 10AM and performed my second session at 6PM allowing for some recup time in between. I suggest you give your idea a try. If it feels O.K do it. You'll know if it's too much.

It could help but first, I'd want to make sure that the diet was 100% in tune.
