lol, well I guess the lesson to be learned here, is to measure your glutamine correctly, or you may have to pull over and lose it all like I did ;) Is this normal for taking to much to often? cause sometimes in the morning, when I take my glutamine with my vitamans, I get really queezy and feel like throwing up. Usually I can get past it, but yesterday it was just too much :(

well, how much are you taking?
I mix 4.5g (1 tsp) with my whey shake in the morning, after a handful of vitamins &c., and I never get queasy. I take another dose with my fiber-bomb (Yerba Prima mix) when I get home from work. I dunno if that's the correct amount; I'm just going by the directions on the bottle (Optimum Nutrition).
'course I haven't yacked in over 20 years, so maybe it's the cast-iron stomach :)

I take 1 tsp, and usually mix it with OJ...maybe it was just the combo of that, the vitamans, an egg, and oatmeal, doing the number on my stomach.

I know that vitamins on an empty stomach kill me....I haven't been taking glutamine, but I'm looking into it's benefits.

I have a post on here with the same end result. I took some Mega Whey from GNC and also a Glutamine serving, totalling about 10 Grams. I went to be feeling fine and woke up at about 1:00 am extremely dizzy and throwing up.
I found a medical article that said too much Glutaime may cause dizziness and nausea in some people, however, there were about 20 other people who said that was crap and to ignore it. Personally, I don't think that is too far off after my horrible experience.
