Another question about steady state/ target heart rate. You said this in not necessarily good for cardiovascular health. How come??? But you said great for fat loss,right. So what type is good for cardiovascular??

I think you may have misunderstood me. What I probably meant to say was that moderate intensity cardio, which is what I advocate the use of, provides cardiovascular benefits but is not going to develop your cardiovascular capacity to the degree that HIIT or higher intensity cardiovascular activity will. You still develop a massive amount of capacity with moderate intensity steady state cardio, but not as much as you will utilizing HIIT. Both are good for the heart.

My fault, I am so sorry :o I reread,and you said I would benefit, but that it wasn't designed for cardiovascular health. It was posted in my thread about steady state. I understand now :nod:
