So I'm making lamb and couscous for myself and a girl tonight, and I was debating what to do for a garnish/dip for the lamb...
So here's what I've come up with:
1/2 a cup of cottage cheese
1tblspn olive oil
a few sprigs of chives and dill
maybe a few teaspoons of water to thin it out as well
I'm going to use my trusty food processor and make this wicked coulis :)
I thought i'd share since I think it could easily be used by itself or with pretzels :)!
