well here it is my diet tried to hit 45/35/20

training days

calories-3455.50
carbs-398g 46%
protein-305g 35.5%
fat-71.50g 18.5

non training days

calories-2911.25
carbs-334g 46%
protein-260.50g 36%
fat-59.25g 18%

every meal i hit the 45/35/20 mark except 2 of them it was 45/40/15 (each day 2 meal like this) :mad: i wanted it to be exact...eh well

i know the drop is kinda alot in calories and all but i'm gonna try it out and see how it goes

what do you guys think? good diet? bad diet?
