i buy low carb whole wheat La Tortilla -
50 cal pro 5 fat 2 carb 11 fiber 6
+ Polanders jam made with splenda 1 TAB - LIKE STRAWBERRY
10 CAL 5 CARB PER TAB
POWER PEANUT BUTTER
1 TAB
CAL 76 6 PROTEIN 4.8 FAT 3 CARB 2 FIBER.
HEAT TORTILLA BOTH SIDES WHEN U FLIP OVER TO THE LAST SIDE
PLACE NATTY PB ON AND MELT IT THEN ADD JELLY
ROLL IT UP ----OHHHHHH BABY I LUV THEM :claphigh:
If u noticed i am really anal about the breakout of the items
we should always look at fiber tooo!
