Why is it that everytime we wake up in the morning, our stomachs are dramatically slimmer? And, then as our muscles get more flexible later in the day, our stomachs revert back to normal.
This is my first post btw, and I'm looking forward to learning lots of information from you guys!

That makes sense. I thought the only thing that water and digested food did was simply increase our body weight temporarily.

Empty stomach. Know that bodybuilders in competition make sure they do not eat a huge breakfast. Any time I'm at the beach or something I am sure, in fact, to lean my eating till later in the day. One moderate meal, even, can puff the belly out a lot.
