Good luck! jmcalla August 31st, 2005, 11:09 PM Welcome!! 1FastGTX September 1st, 2005, 06:06 AM You're in shape already it looks like, or at least pretty good shape IMO. A good bulk will have you looking utterly fantastic, and it looks like you have some genetic predisposition to put on some quality muscle. Keep your fat in check by paying attention to the mirror, tape measure, and how your pants feel. Might even want to do weekly pics, or a pic every 2 weeks, to keep tabs on things. 6 months is a good amount of time to pack on the mass. Be sure to eat quality lean proteins, I always recommend some beef at least a few times a week if not every day. Keep carbs up around (before/after) weight-lifting times. Eat some oats. Eat some rice cakes (YUM) and/or rice. Try to eat green veggies at least once a day, if not more. Cook up some steak and have a portion of green beans or collards with it. :) Make sure to hit up a good carb meal immediately after weightlifting, I like protein+dextrose+maltodextrin, but there are all kinds of options. Try to get in a high protein/fat meal before bed (cottage cheese+flax, or natty peanut butter, or casein or protein blend+flax). From your pics it looks like you already know about training, but let me advise one thing: squats and deads. :) Welcome to JSF. And good luck! slush_puppy September 1st, 2005, 12:03 PM So are you going to be using the 1-AD/4-AD during your bulk? fireman sam September 1st, 2005, 12:25 PM So are you going to be using the 1-AD/4-AD during your bulk? yeah i've already started using the 1ad at 300mg per day one at morning on at lunch and the last at dinner. i will be posting weekly photos of my progress here. fireman sam September 1st, 2005, 12:29 PM You're in shape already it looks like, or at least pretty good shape IMO.
