I am confused about a few of the exercises in Schteevie's bulking program from his sticky. To make things simpler I will repost the exercises/days, with my questions below each exercise in bold (I removed a couple and compressed it into 3 days, but it is basically the same).

Day 1: Chest/Triceps

flat bench press
- warm up x 3-4 sets
3x6-8

Incline bench (30 degress)
3x6-8

weighted dips
- warm up (on "dip assist machine") 1 set
3x6-8
Regular or tricep dips?

close grip bench press
3x6-8

cable tri extension
2x6-8

Day 2: Legs/calves/shoulders/traps
No Questions here

Day 3: Back/Biceps/forearms

pull-ups
(warm-up with lat pull down) 3-4 sets
3x6-8

one arm dumb bell row
warm-up - 1 set
3x6-8

standing bar bell curls (EZ bar)
3x6-8

standing reverse hammer curls (fore arm)
3x6-8

seated fore arm curls (forearm on leg)
3x6-8
What exercise are you referring to here?

close grip pull ups (chin-ups)
2x6-8
Is this with palms facing toward the face or palms facing away from the face? When you say close grip, do you mean hands very close to one another?

I think he's referring to dips with an empahasis on chest. Either way the triceps will still get worked.

Barbell wrist curls with your arms placed on your legs for isolation. I wouldn't worry too much about these....I'd much rather see another lift for back on this day instead of a forearm specific movement. Try deadlifts....those will get your forearms working.

Normal chins are typically palms facing you, hand shoulder-width apart.

In general-
Remember, there's a ton of different lifting programs out there, and this is just one example. Find what works best for you.

Hope this helped!
