imade a post a few moths back , and im just chiming in to say im still at it..i started at 318 and as of this morning i stepped off a scale that read 278, things are awesome for the most part....i even took a weeks vacation last month and ate terribly , did no working out at all and came home weighing the same as i did when i left...got back on track and dropped 5 more punds......thanks everyone for the support.. 50 more pounds and i think ill be happy

Congrats on your success so far. The same thing happened to me when I went on vacation, eating junk (usually in moderation) for almost a week straight.

Sometimes people even LOSE weight because it sparks their metabolism...anyways, GOOD WORK BRO!

i tried to do the whole macro split which i just couldnt figure out...so i basically talked to some folks on here and think i got my diet fairly close my food breakdown goes like this

10:00 am 2 eggs(eggbeaters), or 1 cup of kashi cereal with soy milk
12:00 pm one tuna sandwich on whole wheat,small spinach salad,and some random fruit,
2:00pm natural pb and celery stalks
4:00 pm : tofurkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, and some almonds
6:00 pm : edamame, or some morning star farms sausage patties
8:00 pm, i tr to eat a reasonable dinner, usually iend up getting a piece of fish from a resturaunt, (salmon or tuna)

i do this on everyda except tues and wed i have off and i slip a lil...but usually eat just as healthy , just cant keep to a schedule on those days

my workout is 6 days a week , 3 cardio(40 minutes walk/run treadmill at 4.3 speed)
and 3 days weight training, on machines set up for me by my gym,

and some nights ill go ride my new road bike around just for fun and to burn a lil more before i get to sleep.....

so far everything is working out...i just stay positive, and am having alot of fun fitting into clothes now...the attention from the ladies aint bad either....
