Hiya my names John and im from United Kingdom im 17 and i would be happy if some of you guys could help me..
I have a condition called Pectus Excavatum where the cartaglige on the ribs have grown to far and pushed my ribcage in about an inch, now with that ive been born with near to no muscle over my chest and less muscle than most people on upperbody.
last year i had a bit of a food problem and i didnt eat properly, 1 meal a day not even half of it either, then with help from family and friends i got my act together and im eating properly now when i can i do 5-6 meals a day. im 5 ' 9" and ive been on 9.3 for ages think thats 133lbs?
since november i did exercises for my arms i couldnt hold much i had trouble with.. 1.25kg weights, but from november to april, i have had good results, i can hold alot more now about 8kg.
My specialist said i do not need an operation but to cover up my chest (as it doesnt look normal) to build muscle over it, so from april till about june i did press ups with the dumbells for arms and i built quite alot up.
in late june i got a bench with weights, barbell, and the like and since then i have been doing 3x a week.
latley i have had a hault in muscle build so i thought i would change my rountine, since i have got stronger i can do more things, so i had a look around and found a 2day split routine off a website:
Mon: Chest, Shoulder, Triceps, Abs
Tues: Thighs, Back, Biceps, calves
Wed: Off (or just cardio)
Thu: Chest, Shoulder, Triceps, Abs
Fri: Thighs, Back, Biceps, calves
Sat: Off (or just cardio)
Sun: Off: Total rest day
on saturday i did the first day and tues the second, i could feel my chest after the workout later that night and the next day, and today i can feel my back.
i was just wondering if this is a good routine to do or not? or if someone could set me out a workout that would be best for my chest.
thanks
John
