hello guys

judging by reading some of the forum threads I can see this being a really valuable forum to be a member of.

now i am not big into bodybuilding and definitely not into fitness but I weigh just 55kg and is 5'6, i replicate a wire coat hanger.

I need to put on weight, although i am just 27 i think it may come in the next 5 years when i hit my 30's.

Id like some advice on what I should be eating and when, I dont eat breakfast, I work nights so sometimes food isnt on the top of my list and I am a really fussy eater.

Can someone please help me as i want to put some upper body weight on and not let it all goto my waist.

cheers

alan

Hi and welcome!

I'm not at all an expert, but many people advocate eating lots of protein when bulking, and have many meals/day (at least 6, though that number may be higher for bulkers). Judging by your given stats I asume you're a hard gainer, so the general advice is to eat a LOT.
And, of course, you should watch your macro split.
You really should read the stickies! :gl:
