Evaluate/Estimate Coefficient of BMR

I thank JSF.com and John and Marcus and other people.
I read http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=1222 Marcus's My Guide To Nutrition For Weight Loss.
I think TRUE activity coefficient is calculatable?
So I make draft excel as rough guide.
This sheet need 3 weeks input, because 1week average calculate.
I think many people do weekly routine, then 1week average calculation enough.

This spreadsheet printing for A4 size, and 2 month progress print.
but You can customize.

I use Exel97.Japanese version.
I use courier for non-Japan envioment system. But I use Grid line.
If you have trouble to use, feedback to me.ASAP I will make new one.

I will write bellow 2 mathematically

How to use

Go on Sheet1
yellow cell.
Only 1 time input at initial.
1. CELL D2; write your birthday yyyy/mm/dd ,29 Aug '72 as 1972/08/29
2. CELL E2; write your sex M or F,Male as M Female as F
3. CELL F2; write your height (SI unit cm)
4. CELL K2; write your activity threshold IF you need.
You dont use this write 0.
You use for instance 1.3 as threshold ,then your input 1.2
on G-line cell is ignored.
5. CELL B4; write the day what you start yyyy/mm/dd format

Green cell
daily input
6. CELLs E; write your weight (SI unit kg)
7. CELLs G; write your activity Coefficient from Marcus document.
8. CELLs I; write your intake of calories a day(unit Kcal;Marcus wrote the "calories" is same.

9. repeat from 6. everday

for example
I make 2005 Jul and Aug ,Weight loss depend on marcus's CalIntake.EXE
True Coef. are little big than Original value.

I hope this help your rough guide activity Coef Evaluate/Estimate.

mathematically

rawBMR * Coef=BMR .......a

Coef = BMR/rawBMR ........b

prifix ave means averave
Expression(exp.) b can be
aveCoef = aveBMR/averawBMR ......c

1kg Fat = 7700 Kcal ........d

Sustain Calories intake(SCI) makes equilibrium.
SCI + extra cal make Fat gain. ....e
SCI + deficit cal make Fat loss. ....f

Weight today and th 7day befoe(DiffWt)
DiffWt is result SCI +extra or deficit cal

1week Intake =SCI*7 then equilibrium ....g

(1week Intake -TrueCoef*averawBMR*7)/7700=DiffWt ...h

So
TrueCoef. = (1weekIntake-DiffWt*7700)/averawBMR/7 ....i

I post new version ones.

I add Calculating recommed Intake*1 depend on fat loss value*2.

I changed font Arial, because other guys spreadsheet's font.
I write changed as Italic and bold.

How to use

Go on Sheet1
yellow cell.
Only 1 time input at initial.

6. CELLs E; write your weight (SI unit kg)
7. CELLs G; write your activity Coefficient from Marcus document.
8. CELLs I; write your intake of calories a day(unit Kcal;Marcus wrote the "calories" is same.
9. CELLs S; write your want fat loss(kg) per week ,recommended 0.5-1kg for your health

10. repeat from 6. everyday

You can get True Coefficient(Cell R) and Rcomended Calories considered fat loss(Cell T).Both CELLs are light bule.
The value of Rcomended Calories(Cell T) is calculated using True Corf.(Cell T).
You can customize.

thank you :)
