I do yoga I have a few denise Austin DVDs I have done pilaties I walk with my dog all most every day

my mom has been doing denise austin for like 15 years now.
when she's done, she drinks a can of moutain dew. :confused:

First off, Where in the best state in the USA do you live?!?

Next..what does "tone up" mean to you? Most people on these forums know that, in my opinion, that phrase is really misleading...I think women often hear that phrase and it means that they want to firm their muscles but they believe they should do so by lifting very very light weights (and thats not the case whatsoever). So I'm interested in knowing what your specific goals are...

Also, what kind of dog do you have?

Finally, what is your diet like?
