Next..what does "tone up" mean to you? Most people on these forums know that, in my opinion, that phrase is really misleading...I think women often hear that phrase and it means that they want to firm their muscles but they believe they should do so by lifting very very light weights (and thats not the case whatsoever). So I'm interested in knowing what your specific goals are... Also, what kind of dog do you have? Finally, what is your diet like? |
