I'm going to wait about two weeks before I take a cheat day so I know that I'm really back on track and won't revert to old habits...but I always enjoyed getting ice cream especially fried iced cream.

My favorite food is white rice with soy sauce...I could honestly eat it for every meal the rest of my life and I don't think I'd complain even once...and I'd love to just break out and eat like 2 cups of it in one sitting!

Also, I'm tryin' SOOOOOOO hard not to drink and I just can't get it off my mind. Everything I watch on TV has beer or wine or spirits...I just want to have a few Alphakings, some Jamesons and some Black Label!

You know, I'm a HUGE! fan of Gyros and when I went to Greece I had it everywhere I went for nearly every meal...I found that its nearly identical to the stuff I got in the states (unlike nearly every other ethnic food/meal I tried which was totaly diff. in the states), the biggest difference is that there they actually put the fries ON!! the pita...I mean talk about takin' something thats perfect and makin' it better ;) I actually had lamb and potatos for dinner tonight (not a cheat either, lamb is lean!):)

Fried Ice Cream (http://www.geocities.com/NapaValley/7035/icecream.html) is a little ball of ice cream that they roll in a coating of some sort and then deep freeze it so its hard as a rock.

THen you take that out of the freezer - pop it into a deep fryer for just a few seconds which fries the outer coating and thaws the inside ever so slightly.

I'm not much of a fan of it - I always thought fried ice cream had its origins in the Hispanic community, but apparently not (http://www.foodtimeline.org/foodicecream.html#friedicecream).

I think what I like about fried iced cream is that its full of cinnamon..I'm not usually a big cinnamon fan, but for some reason whenever I'm keepin'-it-real w/ fitness its the ONE thing that I just simply CRAVE!!!

Steak, glass of red wine, and veggies for dinner (the wine being the cheat). Lunch was my homemade kimchi fried rice full of goodies!

Can you give me a kimchi recipe? I buy the stuff every once in a while but its EXPENSIVE for just squid flavouring and cabbage...

Do you want to make your own kimchi? Or do you want a recipe that uses kimchi in it?

Making your own kimchi is easy, you just have to find the red pepper flakes basically. If I recall, your area may not have much in the way of an asian grocery store?

I went on holiday for a week where I lived off white bread and eggs, chip and burgers, bacon and crisps, not to mention huge amounts of cider, and beer drank while on holiday. I felt terrible and bloated when I came back home and spent most of the day on the toilet when I started to eat normally (healthy) again,

I don't have any planned cheats apart from having a few beers when I go to Dublin to see Iron Maiden tomorow, and I'll maybe get something out of Subway while I'm at it. Don't have an urge to cheat for the next 2 weeks at least.
