Anyone here use a meat grinder and grind their chicken breast and lean meats?

I am tired of chewing leather with my steaks and chicken breast have been getting to me.Then I thought tto myself what a better way to eat meat.you could then microwave some with chopped onion and a bit of low carb sauce and it wont be dry as hell.

I love chopped meat yet the chopped beef you get ion stores is loaded with fat.If you buy a london broil and trim of visible fat it will be way leaner.

I get my chiicken grinded - ithink they call it 'minced chicken'.

Its great for making a nice round grilled kebab. Its always good to get it mixed with a little chilli and an onion.

I have the food grinder attachment for my Kitchen Aid mixer. We don't use it often, but its great for getting the ground meat YOU want rather than what the grocery store wants to sell you.

Have you considered buying casings and linking your own healthy sausage? I think most intestinal casings contain negligible casings and you could probably make like spicy chicken sausages and grill them up!

I've linked my own sausage before and its not easy, but its not too difficult either...just make sure you do it slow and that your casings are well lubed (soak them in water for an hour before you do it).
