Still have the flu...
5 days without working out, I am getting pissed off here... :mad:

It`s funny how quitting smoking 2 months ago has changed my life.
This is the first flu I go through without cigarretes and the difference is huge! I still feel sick, but not as bad as I used to.

Tomorrow is Monday, I will definitely go to the gym on the morning. Will not perform any cardio untill mid week when I feel better though.

Yesterday was great! I went running on the beach for 45 mins first thing in the morning...wow what a feeling. :db:

TUESDAY
I did upper body lifting this morning, I can feel I am getting stronger everyday, I hit 4 major highs in my MAX OT training.

It is days like this that I feel so motivated to keep on going! Why do w sometimes fall down? why is it that after actually seeing some results and feeling fully motivated we still get off track?
I hope I can stick with the programm this time.
I set my goals some time ago and already reached 25% of them. Still a long way to go.

Well this has been a very busy month. I have had ups & downs.
I have been travelling a lot! I was in San Francisco, London, and Paris on business trips. It has been difficult to keep up the diet.
I still have managed to loose 6 kg since I started 2 months ago and broke the 100 mark! :nod:

What really sucks is that I picked up smoking again. I have been smoking again for 4 days and am really hating myself for doing it. :mad:
I went shopping for groceries yesterday, only healthy stuff and will continue with my plan tomorrow.

I went cycling yesterday and kept my diet clean.


Itīs a beautiful day today: sunny and 20šC, the spring is coming! Even though I still have the flu this morning I plan on going kitesurfing later today, the wind forecast is 20 kts !!! :D

Now the good news: I weighed in at 99,5 kg today !!! That makes -5 kg in total and only 10 to go.
I also noticed that my clothes fit better, especially my business clothes, I even slipped into my old jeans! :)

Congratulations on breaking the 100 kg mark. You must have found it very gratifying to notice the difference in how your clothes fit; I know tangible markers such as that always motivate me.
