This is the first flu I go through without cigarretes and the difference is huge! I still feel sick, but not as bad as I used to. Tomorrow is Monday, I will definitely go to the gym on the morning. It is days like this that I feel so motivated to keep on going! Why do w sometimes fall down? why is it that after actually seeing some results and feeling fully motivated we still get off track? I hope I can stick with the programm this time. I set my goals some time ago and already reached 25% of them. Well this has been a very busy month. I have had ups & downs. I have been travelling a lot! I was in San Francisco, London, and Paris on business trips. It has been difficult to keep up the diet. I still have managed to loose 6 kg since I started 2 months ago and broke the 100 mark! :nod: What really sucks is that I picked up smoking again. That makes -5 kg in total and only 10 to go. I also noticed that my clothes fit better, especially my business clothes, I even slipped into my old jeans! :) Congratulations on breaking the 100 kg mark. You must have found it very gratifying to notice the difference in how your clothes fit; I know tangible markers such as that always motivate me. |
