Ok, I have all the resources availible to me (suppliments, equipment, food), so where do I go from here? Ill be the first to admit that I am pretty dumb when it comes to excersize/meals, I can do this, and I know I can...So im just wondering, to loose fat and gain some muscle...what do I have to eat, and what excersises would be beneficial? I have worked out before, and I would consider myself decently fit, used to play alot of sports/raced BMX, I dont run outta breath compared to alot of friends that ARE fitter looking than me (if that says anything).

I really want to do this, but I have no direction, and I dont wanna do it unless I KNOW im getting the most outta it. Just was wondering what you guys think. Links, explanations, anything would help alot.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, this is a very good question, and your are a bit more intelligent than I am. I just started (19/1) and begun with som regular sit-ups and armhävningar (donnu the english word: Lay on the floor with the belly downwards, put your palms on floor and use your arms/back muscles to get up. This excersise is show in all military training films)

After just a few days I was able to do more reps in each set and then I brought a stationary bike with me home (yesterday) and started to cycle. Yesterday I did 15 minutes on 75% of my max heart rate, and I was completely exhausted afterwards. This morning I realised that my arse is soo sore that I can only lay in the sofa drinking beer and watching Baywatch. :-)

So, I could definitely need a more regular excerise and meal plan aswell. This week I've been eating as usual but have counted everything and registered it in an excelsheet. But I don't know what to do with those figures yet.
