I'm starting a new journal.

Why? Because I am starting new. Yesterday is gone and today has never been lived before. It is a blank canvas.

Today, I find myself working three jobs...one is my day job, one is part time and one is just for me. To say the least, lifting consistently is difficult. Sometimes, I'm too tired (or lazy) to do cardio in the wee morning hours. My eating sometimes suffers. But I am identifying the challenge, not rationalizing excuses.

I woke up at 174lbs and in the neighborhood of 11%bf. I am going to 160 and about 9%. I'm tired of the yo-yo plateau. (Monday 175- Friday 168- Monday 175- etc...) I'm busting through.

This is my line in the sand. Enough.

Also, I'm looking for a quick (<30 min) weight routine on a two day split. Right now I'm looking at Dead/bench/row on day one, Leg press/tri pushdowns/pull downs on day two. Suggestions would be helpfull.

I didn't want to get up this morning...period. But drawing a line in the sand is sometimes difficult. To say the least, I rode my bicycle 30 minutes at a very early hour this morn. It feels good to be successful.

My fit day account tells me that 30 extra peanuts with your dinner will throw you off about 200 cals. I was still deficient by 700 on the day.

I haven't decided what to eat for dinner, but I am lifting tonight before. Nothing complicated...dead, bench, row...heavy...

Need some advice. Working 16+ hours per day which is draining the snot out of me. To say the least, freeing up an hour for gym time a couple of days per week is not working for me.

I was thinking of doing a body weight workout on my lunch hour. Suggestions on what this should consist of. Please let me know...I'm begging. My puny muscles are getting punier...HELP.
