This is so simple it hardly qualifies as a recipe, but I've eaten a lot of it recently and found it totally satisfy my cravings for something sweet. I often have one right after a meal, which is when I get my worst cravings for sweets.

1 cup low fat (0.1%) yogurt
35g banana (About one third of a moderately sized banana)
1/2tsp Fructose
1/2tsp Caramel sauce
1/2tsp Vanilla sugar
2tsp cinnamon

Add the last four ingredients and a tablespoon of yourth together first and stir until smooth. I've found that dissolves the cinnamon better than if you just add everything together all at once.

120 calories
6.8 protein
1.0 fat
20.8 carbs

When I finally get some protein powder again I'm definitely going to add that to the mix...
