My name is Sérgio
I'm 22 years old.
I live in Lisbon and I'm studyin' medicine.

This year I want to change my life completely
And one of the big aspects I want to change is my body and health.
What's the point of studyin' medicine if I don't take care of my health?!?!?!

I'm not goin' to post a lot till september 'cause I have to prepare an exam.
But in the beginning of the second half of september I'll come here a lot to search for some advise :)
