cottage cheese
1 TB cocoa
1 TB peanut butter
dash of cinnamon
splenda (1 tsp) <totally optional>

mix well...
place in freezer for about 1/2 an hour and whoa :drool: can you say dessert?

cocoa is great in protein shakes for upping the chocolate taste *except PWO

nice in home-made protein bars (I always have to plug the DIY bar ;) ).

Made a batch of chocolate raspberry muffins that were really nice....just cocoa and raspberries....no other chocolate. The bitterness of the cocoa and the tartness of the raspberries makes it really nice but you have to have a palate for that taste. When you eat them warmed up with coffee :tu:

Spoon some cocoa in with your oatmeal and a scoup of protein powder and make a nice chocolate oatmeal breakfast.....

throw a little in with anything you're making with whole-wheat flour to instantly chocolatize it.
