so its 3:19 in the morning and im wondering about some crazy diet ideas.

10 scoops of whey protein a day and 10 apples. every hour and 45 minutes one scoop and one apple for a total of 2300 calories a day. This would be good for days in which i only have one cardio session. i also would take multi-oil supplements, calcium, multivitamins (to help synthesize the protein) and 3000mg of vitamin C. For days in which i would lift and have longer or multiple cardio sessions i could add a serving of peanut butter to up the amount of fat and calories (200 calories and 16g of fat a serving)- i could also add a couple scoops of protein and apples/bananas to post workouts to get to up to 300 grams of protein on hard days.

the only thing missing from this diet is Complex carbs, but if i eat every hour and 45 minutes and get the supplements is there a problem with this??? its sounds really good to me

I would spend the next 7 days sitting on the potty if I ever ventured to do your diet. Missing gym time and depleting myself of essential nutrients and facing serious dehydration. :gl:

We all need a large variety of nutrients, all minerals and vitamins, not to mention foods form all food groups. You may love whey shakes and apples, but you'd probably get disgusted with eating only those few items every single day! Your body won't thank you for it!

The problem is that you'd quit in 10 days and be back to square one...if you think you're going to keep that diet up longer you're either resolute and wrong or you're just wrong.

Make a diet-plan you're able to keep up so you can be consistent.
