I used to take this however don't anymore. I was using the kind that comes in the bottle and must be refrigerated. Right now I am taking fish oil pills which probably are not as good at providing the good fasts as the flax seed oil was. Just looking for thoughts on the flax.

Fish oil is really the king of the EFAs, flax is a close second. If you get it in a bottle, it costs less per volume. If you get it in capsules, you don't have to taste it going down... especially that fish oil http://instagiber.net/smiliesdotcom/contrib/sarge/Icky_anim.gif

I agree doordude, natural PB is tops! 2 tbsps is like a little desert treat and it gives you a good serving of fat.

Yup, that's the problem. I mix it in everything!
